The registration includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions, including the poster and exhibition areas
  • Delegate bag, including abstract book and other conference materials
  • CME certificate (for Medical doctors and dentists, and  other health Care Provider groups)
  • Refreshments during the tea/coffee breaks and Lunch

Please note:

  • No day rate is available
  • On-site registration is possible
  • Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
    • Bank transfer (preferred – contact Secretariat for account number)
    • Direct cash payment at the Bank (for Nigerian participants only)
    • Cash payment at the venue (for all participants)

Group Registration

In all categories, Bulk payment of registration for 5 Participants (5% discount on total registration), for 10 participants (10% discount on total registration), for 15 participants (20% discount on total registration) and for 20 participants and above (25% discount on total registration).

Accommodation
Participants are advised to contact hotels directly for accommodation booking. Hotel booking can also be done through any of the following agencies: www.hotels.ng,  www.booking.com, and Jumia. Please note that the conference organizers have no deals with these agencies and your decision to use any of them is strictly your personal decision.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation the following refunds are applicable:

  • Cancellation before October 1, 2018: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation on/after October 1, 2018: No refund.

A substitute delegate will be accepted at no extra charge for any registered participant who is unable to attend the Summit provided that a letter of authorization from the original participant has been received and the Conference Secretariat has been communicated of the name of the substitute delegate.
